IRIB Varzesh (شبکه ورزش), also known as the Sports channel , is a nationally recognized sports television channel in Iran. IRIB Varzesh primarily focuses on broadcasting various sports competitions, both domestic and international, bringing the excitement of athletic events to its audience. The channel transitioned to HD format and HEVC codec transmission via terrestrial and satellite receivers on November 29, 2020.
