Welcome to SalinTV.

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using SalinTV services. These Terms may be updated or changed from time to time without prior notice. By accessing or using SalinTV services, including SalinTV.com (the “Website”) and the SalinTV application (the “App”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use SalinTV services.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SalinTV services for any unlawful purpose or in any manner prohibited by these Terms.

You agree not to use the services:

• To abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate, intimidate, or otherwise harm any person.
• To post, upload, transmit, distribute, or cause to be posted or transmitted any content that is defamatory, libelous, obscene, pornographic, abusive, offensive, unlawful, or that infringes the copyright, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any person or entity.
• To communicate with other users of the service in an abusive, threatening, harassing, or offensive manner.
• To access, post, distribute, or view content in violation of the laws or regulations applicable in the country or jurisdiction from which you use the service.
• To post, transmit, request, or distribute any communication intended to obtain another SalinTV user’s account credentials, password, authentication information, or other private or confidential information.
• To distribute spam, unsolicited advertisements, promotional materials, or other unwanted communications.
• To create or operate multiple accounts for the purpose of manipulating ratings, votes, reviews, comments, statistics, or other features of the service.
• To post, upload, transmit, or distribute copyrighted or otherwise protected content unless you own the applicable rights or have received the necessary authorization, permission, or license from the applicable rights holder.
• To attempt to bypass, interfere with, disable, manipulate, or circumvent any security, access-control, subscription, authentication, geographic restriction, or technical protection implemented by SalinTV.
• To interfere with or disrupt the normal operation, servers, networks, applications, or infrastructure used to provide SalinTV services.

User Accounts and Content

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and login information.

SalinTV reserves the right, where permitted by applicable law, to suspend or terminate any user account and to remove content, comments, or other user-submitted material that violates these Terms, applicable laws, the rights of others, or the proper operation of the service.

Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent suspension or termination of access to SalinTV services.

Subscriptions and Payments

SalinTV subscriptions may be purchased through Google Play or through supported external payment gateways, depending on the platform, country, and availability of payment methods.

For subscriptions purchased through Google Play, payment and subscription management are handled through your Google Account. You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription through the Payments & subscriptions section of Google Play.

Subscriptions purchased through Google Play may automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel the subscription before the applicable renewal date.

Cancellation of a subscription prevents future renewals but does not normally terminate access immediately. Unless otherwise specified, you may continue using the applicable subscription benefits until the end of your current paid billing period.

Deleting or uninstalling the SalinTV App does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. You must cancel the subscription through your Google Play account if you do not want it to renew.

Subscriptions or purchases completed through an external payment provider may be subject to the terms, payment procedures, renewal rules, cancellation policies, and refund policies of the applicable payment provider.

Prices, available subscription plans, billing periods, features, and payment methods may vary depending on the platform, country, currency, and applicable taxes.

Privacy

By using SalinTV services, you also acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy, which describes how information may be collected, used, stored, and processed in connection with the service.

Changes to These Terms

SalinTV may modify or update these Terms of Use from time to time, including when necessary to reflect changes to the service, applicable laws, technical requirements, payment systems, or business practices.

The updated version will become effective when published unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Your continued use of SalinTV after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

شرایط استفاده از SalinTV

استفاده مجاز

شما موافقت می‌کنید که از خدمات SalinTV برای اهداف غیرقانونی یا به شیوه‌ای که طبق این شرایط ممنوع است استفاده نکنید.

شما موافقت می‌کنید که از خدمات SalinTV برای موارد زیر استفاده نکنید:

• آزار، تهدید، توهین، جعل هویت، ایجاد مزاحمت یا آسیب رساندن به اشخاص دیگر.
• انتشار، بارگذاری، ارسال یا توزیع محتوای افترا‌آمیز، توهین‌آمیز، مستهجن، پورنوگرافیک، آزاردهنده، غیرقانونی یا محتوایی که حقوق مالکیت فکری، حق نشر، حریم خصوصی یا سایر حقوق اشخاص یا نهادها را نقض می‌کند.
• برقراری ارتباط با سایر کاربران به شیوه‌ای توهین‌آمیز، تهدیدآمیز، آزاردهنده یا نامناسب.
• دسترسی، انتشار، توزیع یا مشاهده محتوایی که طبق قوانین یا مقررات کشور یا حوزه قضایی محل استفاده شما از سرویس مجاز نیست.
• ارسال، انتشار یا درخواست اطلاعات با هدف به‌دست آوردن نام کاربری، رمز عبور، اطلاعات احراز هویت یا سایر اطلاعات شخصی و محرمانه کاربران SalinTV.
• ارسال هرزنامه (Spam)، تبلیغات ناخواسته، پیام‌های تبلیغاتی یا سایر ارتباطات ناخواسته.
• ایجاد یا استفاده از چندین حساب کاربری با هدف دستکاری رأی‌ها، امتیازها، نظرات، دیدگاه‌ها، آمار یا سایر قابلیت‌های سرویس.
• انتشار، بارگذاری، ارسال یا توزیع محتوای دارای حق نشر یا سایر حقوق قانونی، مگر اینکه مالک حقوق مربوطه باشید یا مجوز، اجازه یا لایسنس لازم را از صاحب حقوق دریافت کرده باشید.
• تلاش برای دور زدن، مختل کردن، غیرفعال کردن یا دستکاری سیستم‌های امنیتی، کنترل دسترسی، اشتراک، احراز هویت، محدودیت‌های جغرافیایی یا سایر مکانیزم‌های حفاظتی SalinTV.
• ایجاد اختلال در عملکرد عادی سرورها، شبکه‌ها، برنامه‌ها یا زیرساخت‌هایی که برای ارائه خدمات SalinTV استفاده می‌شوند.

حساب‌های کاربری و محتوا

شما مسئول حفظ امنیت و محرمانگی حساب کاربری و اطلاعات ورود خود هستید.

SalinTV در محدوده‌ای که قوانین قابل اجرا اجازه می‌دهند، این حق را برای خود محفوظ می‌دارد که حساب کاربری اشخاصی را که این شرایط، قوانین قابل اجرا، حقوق دیگران یا عملکرد صحیح سرویس را نقض می‌کنند، به‌صورت موقت یا دائم تعلیق یا مسدود کند.

SalinTV همچنین می‌تواند محتوا، نظرات یا سایر مطالب ارسال‌شده توسط کاربران را در صورت نقض این شرایط حذف کند.

نقض مکرر یا جدی این شرایط ممکن است منجر به مسدود شدن دائمی دسترسی کاربر به خدمات SalinTV شود.

اشتراک‌ها و پرداخت‌ها

بسته به پلتفرم، کشور و روش‌های پرداخت موجود، اشتراک SalinTV می‌تواند از طریق Google Play یا از طریق درگاه‌های پرداخت خارجی پشتیبانی‌شده خریداری شود.

برای اشتراک‌هایی که از طریق Google Play خریداری می‌شوند، پرداخت و مدیریت اشتراک از طریق حساب Google شما انجام می‌شود.

شما می‌توانید اشتراک خود را از قسمت Payments & subscriptions (پرداخت‌ها و اشتراک‌ها) در Google Play مشاهده، مدیریت یا لغو کنید.

اشتراک‌هایی که از طریق Google Play خریداری می‌شوند ممکن است در پایان هر دوره پرداخت به‌صورت خودکار تمدید شوند، مگر اینکه پیش از تاریخ تمدید بعدی، اشتراک خود را لغو کنید.

لغو اشتراک باعث جلوگیری از تمدیدهای بعدی می‌شود، اما معمولاً دسترسی شما را بلافاصله قطع نمی‌کند. مگر اینکه شرایط دیگری اعلام شده باشد، شما می‌توانید تا پایان دوره‌ای که هزینه آن را پرداخت کرده‌اید از مزایای اشتراک خود استفاده کنید.

حذف یا Uninstall کردن برنامه SalinTV باعث لغو خودکار اشتراک فعال Google Play نمی‌شود. اگر نمی‌خواهید اشتراک شما تمدید شود، باید آن را از طریق حساب Google Play خود لغو کنید.

اشتراک‌ها یا خریدهایی که از طریق یک درگاه پرداخت خارجی انجام می‌شوند ممکن است تابع شرایط، روش‌های پرداخت، قوانین تمدید، سیاست‌های لغو و سیاست‌های بازپرداخت همان ارائه‌دهنده پرداخت باشند.

قیمت‌ها، طرح‌های اشتراک، دوره‌های پرداخت، امکانات و روش‌های پرداخت ممکن است بر اساس پلتفرم، کشور، واحد پول و مالیات‌های قابل اجرا متفاوت باشند.

حریم خصوصی

با استفاده از خدمات SalinTV، شما همچنین تأیید می‌کنید که سیاست حفظ حریم خصوصی (Privacy Policy) ما را پذیرفته‌اید. این سیاست توضیح می‌دهد که اطلاعات مرتبط با استفاده از سرویس چگونه ممکن است جمع‌آوری، استفاده، ذخیره یا پردازش شوند.

تغییرات در شرایط استفاده

SalinTV ممکن است در طول زمان این شرایط استفاده را تغییر یا به‌روزرسانی کند؛ از جمله در مواردی که تغییرات سرویس، قوانین قابل اجرا، الزامات فنی، سیستم‌های پرداخت یا رویه‌های تجاری چنین تغییری را ضروری کنند.

نسخه جدید شرایط، مگر در مواردی که قانون شرایط دیگری تعیین کرده باشد، پس از انتشار لازم‌الاجرا خواهد بود.

ادامه استفاده شما از SalinTV پس از اجرایی شدن نسخه به‌روزشده شرایط، به معنای پذیرش شرایط جدید خواهد بود.
