4UTV was established in Dubai in January 2009 with the aim of broadcasting music videos of artists inside Iran. During the first 3 years, this TV was able to broadcast programs such as concerts of Iranian singers, behind the scenes of making more than 100 video clips, attracting the attention of the young generation and today, due to the audiences living in Europe and the location of 4UTV on Hotbird and YouTube satellites, programs such as the broadcast of Iranian daily series and movies have been added to the daily schedule of 4UTV to inform and benefit Iranians living in exile from Iran’s programs.
